Having problem with orange, new cap,new damper, miltiples soak, clean etc. the missing nozzles, sometimes come back but after print loose like half. Here some print test before print and after short 30" print. Any ideas?
I will check more deep. No any visible leakCheck the line to see if the orange line is leaking air and go from there.
Yes! The problem comes before parts changed, no flush line yet. Recommend to do in the end of the damper top ? Remove the line there and pull solvent true the line? Was the orange line giving issues before the parts were changed, or was the work done to try and fix it? Have you tried flushing the line?
Im the only using the printer, never head strike, looks like cap is not parallel with the head, after a soft clean orange ink is present outside the cap. I tried the capping adjusment in service mode but nothing change, can be do some alignment with allen bolts?Any damage on the head surface? Looks like maybe there was a head strike.
Any Idea? test print samples, most complete is as soon turn on the machine the other is after 15 min print. another new cap was installed.Any damage on the head surface? Looks like maybe there was a head strike.
thanks! the cap is brandnew oemIt looks like your capping does not seal properly. Disconnect the vacuum pump, connect a syringe and pull some ink after you open all ink valves from service menu. If the ink is coming with bubbles or not at all, then you have a sealing issue.
Change the capping with a brand new one. The OEM capping is better quality, the third-party is a lottery... some of them are good or you have to try two-three-four until you find a good one.
Before going to do something drastic and expensive, try to change the capping. I saw this issue dozens of times resolved with a brand new capping.
