Nursery Walls

Question, if you were going to print a scene, laminate and install on the wall, since (Baby) bedroom/nursery rooms are quite small, and baby is in there a lot, what product would you consider using. Is there a safety rating system, or a stat sheet on materials that might let us know what it is we are smelling or inhaling in small area's

I'm not sure, but I don't think any solvent, mild solvent, eco solvent inks are permitted in such areas. They aren't allowed in schools or hospitals anymore, so I would guess it goes the same reasoning for young tissue in a small bedroom. Check out latex printers. Also, they would hafta be laminated, so the baby, or anyone else, can't scratch it off. That is afterall the reason they took lead out of painter's paint. Kids were eating the stuff.

I would use a latex printer on a wall fabric with a liquid lamination. Or latex printer with the HP wallpaper and no lam.

thanks for the tips/advice/comments. I guess Hubby will have to dust off the brushes and work his magic with non lead paints of course
