Hi Guys,

I would like to show you our Arizona 350 XT LED based curing system. (because some of you interesed, and would like to see :))


Advantages:
- Very Low energy consumption (Arizona eats only 3.2A total (on 230V) under printing on max power, (exclude vacuum pumps)
- more than 10K hours real(!) lifespan
- Very effective water cooling for the LEDS
- Ultra quiet (no fans)
- Do not make air turbulences (no fans)
- lightweight
- 3 second warming-up time
- Less heat radiation on matterial
- could change the horizontal distance from heads (gives more time to penetrate, if need)
- Not need maintenance


Parts:
- Electronics designed and manufactured in Hungary, EU
- COB led module from Taiwan
- Watercooling-Block and Lamphead manufactured in Hungary
- Tubing from IGUS (GERMANY) directly. Guaranteed more than 10Million cycle
- Tube connections from COLDER (USA)
- Lamp connectors from AMP (USA)

Pricing:
- The whole system for 350GT-XT would be around 3K$ USD (except cost of water chiller)
- The 3pcs of COB LED board price will be around 100$ USD (for 1pcs lamphead)
- The Water Chiller is cheaper directly from China (CW-3000 or CW-5000 perfect)

If I have time, I will doing the 550 and 480 Arizona model conversions too, since I have these models...
I must say, we are a small printing company, not printer parts trading or business company! I doing these modifications for better printing capacity for us, instead of reselling and make profit.

If you don't mind, I have a few questions:

What is the LED array's maximal power (Watts/sq cm)?

Does the system support variable power control?

What is the size of the LED array (the dimensional work area)?

What is included in the LED system?

What do you use to control the LED system from the printer?

Most importantly, where did you get that awesome heat vision camera? :eek:

Let's see the ansvers...

1. The LED is around 8-9 WATT/sqcm, but I really never measured. Usually I use it at 50% power, what is more than enought...

2. Yes, of course. This is use the Arizona command signals to set the proper power. These are:
Level 2(Minimum) = 40%,
Level 3 = 50%
Level 4 = 60%
Level 5 = 70%
Level 6 = 85%
Level 7 (maximum) = 95%

3. I will check, I dont remember now

4. LED system include all what you need, except the chiller. Chiller is cheap. So will include the followings:
- 2pcs of lamphead
- Control electronic unit (You can take it into the original lamp drivers place)
- Tubes and tube connectors, and Lamp power cables
- Bypass cables
- All tube mounting units (mostly 3d printed)
- Head mounting units

5. Controller is on MCU base. I developed the internal software and its board too. It is emultate the original lamp for the printer.. :)
