OCE 9090 over spray?

Hi all,

I am having a problem with what seems to be over spray with the black head. If I have a solid black (image or text) I get what seems to be what looks like over spray. I dont think that it is dirt or anything dragging back over the ink. All over colors seem fine. Any ideas? Bad head maybe?
