Need Help Oce Arizona 318GL Gantry Issue

I have a "Reset Error" on my screen however the printer will not reset. The gantry is not moving - makes a hum noise but does not rise up. Rails are all lubed, no dust particles either. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Up as in height? probably one of the 2 stepper motor shafts are broken

Are all of the emergency stop buttons fully released?
