Oce Arizona 350gt Ink Heater Problem

I been having lot of issues with my Oce Arizon 350GT since last week.
If anyone know what the INK HEATER SYSTEM PROBLEM means please reply.
The ink temp say N/A, and when I try to heat it just says INK HEATER SYSTEM PROBLEM, what is that related to the motors??

This is just a guess, but if it's coming up N/A for the temps, I would say it's a temperature sensor problem. If it was the heating mechanism itself, I'd expect to have the same error message but still show the temperature (which would be roughly room temperature).
