Hi, I am new here and come seeking help, I have Oce Arizona 550XT and frequently I receive ink degas system problem and degas vacuum is at 0.0

So my question is what could the problem be.

Many reasons - leak in the degas system (on one of the modules, on tube, on pump), damaged sensor, damaged tube near sensor. When you have this problem next time, look at the carriage, if you have ink leaking from degas modules. If not, tighten all the connectors on the tubes in the degas system. Does the degas pump switches on, when you have 0.0 value?

Check also the white little filters on the lines near the degas connectors and check for leaks on the vacuum pump
