Oce' flatbed print then XC-540 cut workflow

I setup my files, ran the clear static cling w/ White printing on our flatbed, w/ Roland VersaCamm marks, and enabling the CutContour path., The Roland reads the marks, then cuts, but the cut path is off. It's not just misaligned, ( my Roland Print & Cut is dialed in ). But on the left the cut path is off by .125" & on the left it's off by .25".

Does anyone know of a glitch or current workaround for this workflow.

We are running updated version of Versaworks & Onyx Production House 10.2.

Let me know. Thanks

have the marks been printed incorrectly, i don't know onyx or flat bed printers but do a fair amount of printing on one cutting another.
what i have done before now is printed the file completely ( all wrong colours) in versaworks and cut it to check all ok. then overlay on to the problem print, to find the difference.

If you know exactly how far off it is, which it sounds like you do, you can set the "x" axis offset to your specs, and should be right back on track. It's in versaworks, I think is the cut tab, but don't remember off the top of my head
