OCE (mutoh) 9090 printing short

Hi,
I am using a oce 9090 and when I print on canvas the image shortens subtancially on the length. I am assuming that it has something to do with the amount of feed but there is no banding?

Any suggestions?

Print feed

look for the print feed adjustment (PF) in your menu. you can fix the problem there
