Odd brush font ID needed - TIA

My brain just isn't letting me remember the font ID that goes with the attached sample. It looks a little like Arab Brushstroke, Benguiat Frisky, Impress, etc. Still, it's different.

Who makes prillia? I can't find it on any of the usual web sites (my fonts, etc.).
