Off Scale message - FC8600 & Flexi

I have a Graphtec FC8600 and I am using Flexi 12.
When I send a cut it gives the message OFF SCALE. Plotter just stops there.
I have tried: Rebooting both computer and plotter (both several times)
Different files, as simple as just plotting ABC.
Deleting and reinstalling driver in Flexi manager.
Resetting page length on plotter to 1080cm.
Changing page size in Flexi.
Removing and repositioning vinyl in plotter as well as adjusting rollers.

Make sure the page length limit set in the plotter's settings is long enough for the plot you are trying to execute.

Well, here is an update. Flexi reinstalled everything, and said its not there problem.
Graphtec said they messed up the drivers, updated firmware and reinstalled drivers.
Not it works 1/2 way, it does not read registration marks, and just gives an error with registration. Back to Graphtec we go!

Well As of yesterday (which was day 5) Graphtec has not called back or answered their phone. Maybe it’s time to get a Summa! Shame is that my FC8600-160 is only 8 months old!

you need several inches in front of and behind the last registration marks on a graphtec.

Im talking like 5 inches or so, so the rear and front media sensors underneath the vinyl can sense vinyl.
