Oh boy! Major plotter problem

Commando

So i was cross cutting a piece of blue EC film, and the something happened and the head got caught on the sheeting.
It now makes a noise when plotting. It is also extremely erratic. Its cutting letters 3" below where they should be. Its spacing things out 2" longer than they should be. It is making lopsided letters(such as one side of a "U" is .25" wide and the other side is .1" wide)
It wont even cut a square for the pressure test correctly.
I took everything apart and the inside seems to be ok. I also did a system restart on it.
I called mimaki tech services but they were no help..
Anybody have a clue what might have happened?
