Deep fried corn cake over a hot dog.

The two food groups . . .

Grease and fat.
Once a year, at the fair. YUM.

I have lost 65 pounds over the past 18 months.
Tipped, (crushed), the scale at 299.

JFC, that's just wrong.

Down to 238 or so. Give or take.

The goal is 199.

And just found out a while ago my blood pressure was 180 over 120.

Yep, death one heartbeat away.
Freaked out my care provider.

Lisinopril to the rescue.

And cholesterol too. 285, should be less than 200.

Get checked.

Don't die.

Never cared much for Corn Dogs, but the sausage, bacon, eggs and everything else bad for ya..... well, I crave it and eat it in large quantities. Pepperoni pizzas, Italian sandwiches and other delights. But I too, have been watching my intake and weight and have lost about 16lbs in the last almost 4 weeks. Had a checkup about 3 weeks ago and blood pressure was 126/75, rate was 65, cholesterol both good and bad were well within their ranges of being perfect, the ratio was also good, triglycerides were right where they're supposed to be, liver is 100%........ but my blood sugar is still outta whack. It's around 9.5 A1C and when I take it, about 120's or 130's. My doctor is about 15 years younger than me and he said, he wished he had numbers this good. He's on all kinds of meds and pills for this, this and that. I just don't believe in taking pills for all these pharmaceutical made up illnesses. I don't and won't play into their game. I drink whole raw milk, take apple cider vinegar and some minced ginger and other than sweets, eat all the crap I want. Oh, and let's not forget plenty of Bushmills to keep the engines turning.

LMAO.....

You prepare a table before me
in the presence of many condiments.
You anoint my dog with mustard;
my onions overflows.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]Surely the goodness and fat will follow me
all the days of my life.
