Last one, purely from the standpoint of easy reproduction, possible application, and clean design. I don't care much for the spacing though, as the "!" seems to lose its meaning as an "i" at that distance.

Options three and four look like they're trying to desperately cling onto the candy button trend.

I like the last one best as well, but feel that it should have an I instead of a ! in the spelling out of the name...still have it be a ! in the logotype portion, however..

HA! Yeah, I guess I am a little late on that trend, as that is the first one I've tried to create. I was happy with the outcome though.

Oh I think you should be; they do look really good! Still not unlike a lot of others in style though. I often have to commit to paper the first ones that pop into my head, or the typical designs before I find I can move on and be more creative.

Your end results are great.

i agree with the comment regarding using the "!" in the logo but when spelled out replace the "!" with an actual "I" it appears like an error to me when spelled out when the bottom line is not the same (which would be WAY overkill) use the exclamation in the 'logo' only imo

I like the last one but I say lose the ! in every part. Use an actual I because I don't understand where ! comes in to the equation or what its meaning is suppose to be. What does it represent?

Second one with the ! for an I.
"Marketing" is more important (to me) than "in demand" and this one gives them a good balance to the D'oh! types out there.
Bump up the name and change the tagline to "and sales consulting" and put it in a clean script under the name.
The last one's font is way too weak, especially on the name.

Last one has nothing going for it in my opinion. Sure, it's clean... it is also empty, boring and lacking character. A marketing company with a logo that reads "ID" should have a very strong visual brand. The last one doesn't do it. My favorites are 3 and 4. Particularly the green one. Just lose all the 3D effects and make it super clean and simple, yet unique and eye catching. Perhaps make the ID overfill the circle like you did in the square one in #2. Maybe turn the ID circle on a slight angle... 20 degrees or so CCW. I do like the ID graphic in #2. There's no denying that graphic is the most impactful. Maybe try it in green with the text from #4 (no bevels). Oh and take out "and" and drop in "&". It's cleaner and slightly more sophisticated looking. Just thinking out loud. Great work!
