Oki / Seiko M64 copy of CP Manager 3.42

Hi, would anyone have a copy of C P Manager Ver 3.42 they could send me, the downloads are all 4.2 or higher
I need a copy of the older version as i believe it is the only way to run both M64's and H3 104's together

We run an H3-104 and M64 with CP Manager on version 4.2.

WAS YOUR'S a 3.42 install UPGRADED to 4.2 ?
