Hey I have an older Mutoh 620C. Wanted to get this dinosaur up and running as a backup but can't seem to get the connection between it and the computer going. I bought a serial to USB cable and wanted to know if anyone had ever tried connecting an old plotter/cutter with a USB connection. Any help, advice, or additional details you need that I've left out, please let me know. Oh and I'm cutting with SignGo.

Serial to USB

I try to connect Mutoh Rockhopper I printer with LPT to USB adapter (cable) and have connectivity problem. Maybe it is the same with serial to USB. Try PCI card with serial port instead adapter (cable), but check if you have PCI slot on your motherboard.
