Omega 2.02 Pulling my hair out!!!!

What am I missing?
Can't get it to import or open anything that works, BMP,JPEG,TIFF
It opens to a low res thumbnail. Then when sent to GSP plot I get a "No shapes found in file" error? HELP!!!!!!!!!!

It has to be something stupid?

Import the image, select it, go to the Fill Image dialog and select a higher resolution. It also sounds like your default is set to "template" for the image so also select either Spot or Process color in the same Fill Image dialog.

That seems to have done the trick, but I'm curious how does this affect the "no shape found" error?

Are you trying to PRINT the image (to an Edge device) or just send it to plot/cut?

Was just trying to see how it would output. Selected it and tried to send it (all). Must have been set to template as Tony said. Tried it again the other day and it worked fine?
