OMEGA 2.6 will not open..get error message

When i try to open the program I get this message...

" Fail to create class factory "

and then I get the error report.

I called the Gerber Tech line and they had me download TEAMVIEWER 8 so they can help fix it.

He did these 3 steps







and then it did open composer.

When i turn off computer. and back on again. The same problem happens. So I follow the steps, but it wont work for me. !

Beste,

Remove the software and install it again.

I do not have the software disk available, its burried in my storage.
