In the options / details the duplicate/paste offset adjustment box is missing on the list in 4.0, how do you adjust it now?

Omega 4 and duplicate offset

Paste/Dupicate distance in Edit toolbar

There's a new "Edit" toolbar in Composer for 4.0 so you can change the offsets up front without having to drill down into Tools/Options/Detail. It should have defaulted to being displayed but if it didn't, go to the View Menu's Toolbars... command and put a check next to the Edit toolbar.
The toolbar has two edit controls, one for an X offset and one for a Y offset so you can set them to different distances. There's a Preferences button, too, so they can be saved.
