There's a very good system for auto numbering in the Repeats section of Composer.

I went to the repeat area in Omega 5 but its greyed out. Any tutorial you could point me to?

Selecting the object to be repeated should make it usable. Check Help files for what isn't obvious.

Type in #1, then select it, go to repeats, click auto number tab, fill in the blanks. When you type in the #1, make sure the justification, type face, size, etc. is what you want. If you want to include a border, logos, etc., set that all up first including colors and other attributes. Then select everything you want to repeat along with the #1 and go to repeats. The # sign with the 1 tells Composer you are using auto number.
