Omega problem! Help!

Ok, was making some changes to a file in Omega Composer. Went to "save" it and Composer blew out mid-save.

Now when I re-open that file (after re-launching Composer) it says that the "file appears empty, no shapes found" something like that.

Is there any way to recover that file? It was a complicated one with lots of hours in there.

We have a external storage device with some sort of "mirrored" backup, but we don't know if that'll help in this situation.

Any guidance?

Check in C:\Jobs\Backup. If you have Auto Save turned on, that is the default folder.

Nope. The file I'm looking for is not there. Someone here has suggested "System Restore". Will that work?

I would look to your mirrored backup before I would try the system restore. That might cause you problems elsewhere.

System Restore will NOT get your job back.

Do you have "Auto Save" on as Fred mentioned.

It helps when you need it.
