Only One Copy ?????

This morning I clicked the icon to start Flexi and it opened up then flashed a message that my version is only licensed for one version at a time. That's all I have is one version. What's up? How do I get past this?

I move the dongle to different computers when I use them.

There are no networks involved, so the problematic computer can't see Flexi elsewhere were it opened elsewhere.

Maybe I didn't re boot enough times?

Any ideas Bobby?

This is very odd to me. 7.6v2 does not check for this type of registration best I recall.

Didn't reboot enough times? :) How many have you tried?

Reboot one more time, clear the preferences and then plug in the dongle.

Let me know.

Turns out that Flexi was open on a laptop upstairs. These computers are not on a network but there is wi-fi in the shop. When I shut of Flexi on the notebook the other opened right up. How do it know???

Set your computers up on a network and then leave the dongle in one computer. This way it will eliminate the need to move the dongle back and forth. You will just need to remember to close Flexi when your not using it.

I do all my designing on my Desktop that is built for performance & design with the 23" widescreen. I do all my cutting/printing from my laptop. I have them both networked and keep the dongle in the laptop. When ever I'm done with Flexi on either machine I close it.
