Onyx 10 Rio

Wondering if anybody knows the setting on onyx 10 for printing pdf’s. If I print a pdf it just prints black if I print a JPEG color comes out fine. Thanks

10 was buggy because of adobe updates at the time...if your adobe software is current do yourself a favor and upgrade your rip. They worked things out by v12

I have another printer that I run onyx 12 and yes it does just fine. But if I upgrade the 10 will I have to pay for it or do they have upgrades on there websites?

Maybe try & configure PDFs to go through Jaws, to rip ?
