You've got Onyx 12. that right there. They are punishing those who do not upgrade. I'm in the same hell... but I have an upgrade! Just need time to bring everything down long enough to install it... and deal with the headaches that come with installing new software.

install the demo. get that working, then do the licence upgrade. that way you can run x12 while setting up x21. It's literally plug and play as it gets settings from the old software.
