I know that with Colorburst you are able to move the colorburst folder in the C drive to another computer and as long as the dongle is in the computer you are working from it will work with all the same settings.

Is onyx the same way? Namely Onyx Postershop Rip Queue 6.5?

You can export your print engine/settings/profiles and then import them on the new install. It's in the manual and covered at the Onyx help portal.

I have done this with Production House 7. In fact, I switched from XP to XP, then XP to Windows 7. I do export my settings and back them up just in case. I have tried backing up my settings and doing a fresh install on a new and our color was totally off. Just copying the folder in the C drive worked perfectly.
