Onyx Dongle Replacement

I just moved into a new building and seemed to misplace my dongle. Does anyone know if onyx will replace it and for how much ? or will they try and make me pay for onyx 10 ? I still have all the invoices/proof of purchase.

JR I do not beleive anyone will place a dongle without getting an old one back. Reason being what would stop people from saying they lost it just to get a second seat!
