Im posting this for a friend who is running Onyx 7.3 with Mimaki JV3 160SP
He is having issues with the print dropping out after some distance into the material. Im pretty sure he is getting an error 23 on the console just as the image stops printing.
The software has been reinstalled fresh. The firewire board in the printer as well as the ripstation has been replaced, along with the FW cable itself. I am wondering if there may be a problem with the hard drive not feeding the job at a consistent pace as I think error 23 is a communication time out.
Any ideas??? I would really like to help but this one is beyond my scope of experience.
