I found it. Grimco sent me to epson, epson sent me to onyx. Onyx said they couldnt do it. Did some more searching on signs 101 and found where you do it on the printer itself.
Not sure how to do it in onyx. But if you go to settings on printer under advanced for the media you want to choose there is a overprint spot you can pick 1 to 8 times i believe.
There's also a setting under advanced for drying time per pass in case you need that. I've run into it a couple times where the dry time came in handy.
In onyx I believe it's done when editing your quick sets. There is a setting where you can edit your layers and/or toggle overprints. I'm not in front of that computer so that might not be 100% accurate but hopefully close.
