Need Help Onyx printer settings for paper

hello!

i need to print some photos and install them on kappa foam.

I would like print to be without any lines. I have got this 150g paper for posters. Printer is Mutoh Valuejet 1604, RIP Onyx 18, nozzle check is 100%

Photos are mostly BW, so there is a lot of black color...

So, i have try to change Quality mode and weaving. I manage to get perfect print, without lines, but photo is too dark. With every other setting i get lines in black color. Could it be the problem in paper?

What combintaion of settings (quality mode and weaving) do you use for paper?

Too much ink is probably masking any banding.
You can try reducing ink levels in Job Editor and see if the banding returns.
If so it might be you need to clean the heads.

yeah, i had tech guy came over... he claimed that head isnt in its best shape anymore...

Solved it with 1440dpi bidirectional print setting
