Onyx Production House Media Profile Creation

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to create a new media profile on Onyx Production House and when it comes to print the ink restriction swatch it acts like it is going to submit to data to printing que but it doesn't and it gets disappear another means you can't see it in the RIP que but it thinks it printed because it wants to read the swatches.

I know it is software related and I am hoping someone here could give me some pointers so I don't have to reinstall the software.

I tried to re work the existing profile just to see it is going to let me do any of the existing profiles but it does exact same thing on them as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check whether it's sending the swatch direct to the printer or to Ripqueue.
File > preferences

It was set to printer. I changed and I'll give it a try.
I have not messed with this, I don't understand how it got set to "Direct"
