I have Onyx ProductionHouse 19 and was having problems last week with one of my HP365 printers not working correctly. It would send the file and the printer would cancel it out and return a callback is null error. I also have a CET Xpress 500 that was working properly
After support with Grimco and then HP.....After paying HP for support, they decided that I should delete Onyx and do a reinstall. After reinstalling the software, the HP Printer is working correctly. However, now I cannot get my CET running again. Onyx will not let me hook up to any folders or network drive to send the files so I can print.
I had found a forum reply with registry edit on the linked connections and tried it and it did not work either. I have also been back in touch with Grimco who says it is an Onyx issue and I truthfully believe this to be the problem.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
