Onyx PS 11 Ripping Error

Hello all,

I run Onyx PS 11 and use two printers with it (one flatbed and one latex). Whenever I load files for the flatbed it works just fine, but when I try to rip files onto the latex, I get this:

Bad media profile, delete the media and re import it.
