Onyx RIP Print gutter issue

Okay so this is weird, not sure why its happening but it is.

Have the print gutter completely turned off (no left or right selected - gutter size box is greyed out) but it still prints the gutter. I need to be printing the full width of my material but it keeps adding in the gutter. Does anyone have idea how I can fix this without re-installing the printer in onyx?

Not sure what model of printer you have, but some devices can enable print gutters in the printer itself (via the control panel on the printer).

Thanks, Ill check into that. It's just weird because I've had the printer for almost 5 years and this is the first time it's happened and I'm the only operator. Its a Seiko CP w-64s

Do you have the material placement setting to "Conserve Media" instead of "print jobs separately"?
