Onyx Rip size reduction

Hi everyone!
I am running Onyx 11, going to my HP L370.

I am trying to print a file, at 25% for a hard copy proof.
I change the size, then rip, and it won't rip to that reduced size.

What am I doing wrong?
I have done this many many times before, without problem.

Are you hitting apply at the bottom of the sizing page before sending to print?

Yes, over and over.

Same file type as the rest?
Try resizing it and cropping it a little like 1-2 mm of a side or something and see if that works.

I did this. It didn't work

Job editor

I ended up just having prepress reduce the file for me, and printing it.

I do wish I could figure out why it wouldn't work though

Sounds like a glitch with the file or onyx, have you tried other files since you ran in to this?

You may have to reload onyx or resave the file.

Yes, other files were fine.
It must be an issue with this particular file.
