I installed the program successfully, but I did not find my model, HP Latex 365, among the printers. To add it, it comes in .prnlst format. If the file exists if any of you have a look, I will be thankful. I am new to this topic.

Go to the printer and profile Downloader in the start menu. Seeker your printer and make sure that the generic profile is checked.

if you know the IP address, add it, then it will connect. if you are still missing the file, I can send it to you, but I did not find it, if you know where the file in the C drive is located, I will look for it. but I looked and did not find it.

try to reinstall the software.

on your other message, I will not be able to call you. some people have fall into a scam using a WhatsApp number.
