Need Help Onyx Thriv RIP-Queue does not have the same list of Cutters as the Cut Server

Good afternoon,
I got in a bit of a pickle. I guess I had not used this new version for print and cut before, so I printed several files, and for not finding the specific Graphtec plotter in the drop down menu of the Job Editor, I gave it "Graphtec" . Well, the list in the Cut Server is different, I had installed FC 8600 and a Vinyl Express in the CutServer, but neither exist in the Job Editor.
So, basically the Cut File is nowhere to be found. Any suggestions (other than print and install some matching plotters)? Thanks!
I have Thrive V25.0.05.5130 for HP Latex 730 W
Later... now it's seeing the plotter, but it's not doing the cuts correctly with reading the registration marks. Aurghhh!

I have tested it, and it happens with my installation too. Summa OK, Graphtec don´t. You should contact Onyx.

Maybe they are going subscription based. Select your plotter for $9.99 a month up and cut up to 1000'

I know that Graphtec uses its own graphics language that sometimes conflicts with RIPs that are expecting HPGL. It might be worth a shot to go into the settings of the cutter itself and changing the language from GPGL to HPGL. I can't remember what menu it's in though.

Your cut files should be on your drive in the thrive folder > cutters > "your cutter"

I'm going by memory and don't have your exact setup, but that should get you your files.

I do that, I even have a little tag on the side of the plotter to remind me if it's cut vinyl or print & cut. Thanks!

Luca,
Finally it actually saw the file, opening the cut server in another way, but it did not cut correctly, was not reading the registration marks, just wanted to start cutting from the beginning of the vinyl instead of from the mark (where I positioned it). Thanks,

While waiting on callback from Onyx, I noticed that I had given 2 different plotter (both Graphtec) to the different files in there. Maybe that's why it got confused.
Now I'm printing with an old setting that worked before for Graphtec FC 9000, which is available in both places.

Update: so much for ONYX, they called the guy that sold us the printer, and want us to sign up for an "Advantage" plan... no such thing as free phone consultations after a while...
The settings that are working for me now are the following: in the Job Editor - Graphtec Cutter; in the CUT-Server - Graphtec FC8600 (which is the closest relative to our Vinyl Express
I tried doing FC9000 on both and it did read it, but had some issues, maybe my mistake, still will keep doing the first option
