Onyx Thrive 19 and Roland

    I'm having a real hard to getting anything to print. I'm very green to Onyx. I installed it yesterday and setup the the printer, Roland SP-540V. The ip tests ok. When I send a job it will say Processing... on the Roland machine but then it go away and never prints and the file gets hung up in the RIP.

    Looking for any suggestions to try to get this to work. Thanks

    Could you record your screen? Use an application like SnagIt to record the issue from scratch. Upload the video to YouTube and share it with us.

    What exactly are you looking to see? I RIP the file and click print now and it doesn't do anything. Not much to see really. Any specific settings I can show that would help?
