OMG I told a "customer" that 30 years ago.

This dude challenged me about 'level'.
Not my damn fault he is cross eyed.

Has anyone heard of optically centering your layout? If so should it be higher or lower than center and how much?

I go a bit above center

left/right depending on characters, and only count an extending period as half its width

if it ends in L for example, it shouldn't be perfectly center, it will look off to the left
