Oracal vinyl description question

Received this online flyer for Oracal removable calendered vinyl. I am interested in a vinyl like this for printing, but the description baffles me.

ORAJET® Series 3621 Removable Econo Vinyl is an economical 3mil, 4-year
calendered inkjet media, a perfect choice for short-term interior and exterior
graphics that require easy removal. ORAJET 3621 has a water-based, removable,
grey-pigmented adhesive that delivers great covering power.
Designed for flat-surface applications.

Short term calendered vinyl that is rated for 4 years...? I would consider that long term for calendered.... What is it I am missing here. I don't expect any calendered digital vinyl to last much longer...

Could it be the removeable option that is short term?

anyone know?

4 years unprinted under the ideal conditions. Always slash 1.5 - 2 years off their cal media after its been printed.

Water based adhesive makes it easy to remove, but becomes near permanent after a year or two depending on temperatures

OK good info...never knew that printed lessens the life of the vinyl...but then the colour would fade before the adhesive would give out
