im giving an estimate for some reflective lettering, i'll be using black oralite 5600
i know it is not completely black,
is there any other reflective black that is rich black?

that was my initial thought, customer has some old reflective lettering and it looks black
it has probably lost its reflectiveness

That's the thing with reflective....black isn't very black and white isn't white at all.
