Orange mercedes

This wrapping of vehicles has gotten out of hand.
Ironically a friend of mine in the biz was wrapping an older mercedes last week using a matte 3M orange on a black car.
At first I thought how horrible it would look, but when he was done it actually was very nice with the matte look.


Then on Saturday after I dropped my son off at work,I was coming out of the parking lot and this late model mercedes drives by in....NEON orange wrap and I almost puked. Whats wrong with people? It had to be the ugliest, tasteless wrap I have seen.

There's really no accounting for taste. I just finished up the graphics + printing on this horrible green tribal wrap for this guy's boat.

What makes this even better is that I based all the graphics on these cell-phone pictures of some other guy's boat. I tell the installer as we're speccing this job out that I've got the equipment and the ability to make anything this guy wants, anything in the breadth and scope of his imagination, I can make that happen since this is all custom work at this point. Nope. He wants this ugly green tribal that's already on someone else's boat.

At the end of the day, it's their money, dude. All we can do is STFU and take it.
