Order Form... Help creating one in Acrobat?

I'm making an Interactive Order Form using Acrobat Pro (CS v5.5). Not being all that familiar with the software, I'm looking for some help.

I've got the fields built, but have no idea how to make them function to calculate the pricing...

is it possible for an Acrobat Neophyte to figure this out.
