Another classic case of the possessed job. No matter how hard you try or what you do, the job always goes south. We try to appease the "Vinyl Gods" with sacrifices and worship. If that doesn't work, you may require a straight up exorcism.
That John Deer sounds pretty good some days. I hope it works out for you in the end.

No kidding. The only time I even offer them anymore is if I can toss them in with something I'm already doing for them. A box of cards done to match the sign or van lettering we're doing has sold a lot of jobs for us.

I figured this one would be the same way. She threw the double sided curve in there and instead of backing away dumbassed me said "SURE!"

Pat I feel your pain. I had one just as bad last year, due to out sourcing, which I try never to do just for that same reason. Sometimes you just feel like mowing grass.

You should send her a box of chocolates with a musical card that plays sad trombone when you open it.
:ROFLMAO: i would soooo do that!

On the fold-over cards... i don't do a lot of them but, 4 Over has been able to turn them around (print & delivered) in 4 days, 5 tops.

Just reading this story has me seeing the beauty in the idea of GG's Tires.
I'd know and stock the perfect shape and color for every customer, black and round. My choice of placement and direction would be spot on, every time, one in each corner and parallel.

Although, cutting grass is a good idea too... Gypsy Grass... that could work.

Seriously though, i'd finish the job, even at a loss. And name that printer, so everyone here knows not to use them.... they should be out of business.

Wow, just, wow.

If you do end up buying a printer, do yourself the biggest favor of all and get it and your complete workflow custom profiled.

There but for the grace of God go I.
(or however that saying goes)
There is never a happy solution on a job like this.
