Ordered service repair and did not get the email reply?

I recently purchased a service ....request(?) from the MacMedia ebay page, but sadly did not receive the .pdf email.
I've emailed them and have done everything I can to get in touch with them and have not heard a peep.
I know that they have a better reputation on here than the experience I am having. Does anyone know of a number, username, a person...SOMETHING? Need the service to get back to printing, this is setting me back, any help would be stellar.

They don't use phones there, unless they call you. Email is the only way to get a hold of them
