Our Edge FX sounds like it is about to print and then it quits.

Our Edge FX sounds like it is about to print and then it quits. It hums and pulls about half an inch of vinyl and then stops. It does the same thing if I hit "test print" on the unit or if I send it a print job from the computer.

Could it be a bad power supply going to the head? Something else? Anyone had this issue?
