I am about ready to try the bypass clips but my wiring picture does not seem to match the other one shown. Anyone that can help so I don't mess this up?
Thanks
Dan

Unrelated but similar.

I had the set screws wear loose on the drive gear... It started happening in the middle of a field of black in too...
There isn't a sensor for that, lol.
That was a "wooden dowl to the ear" find.

Got lucky putting my hands where they shouldn't be.
Crisis adverted, only lost half a day.

Hi Dan, Did you get your Seal 62 Base laminator working? What did you end up doing? I have one and it will not work at all, thinking it may be the sensor.

I have a Seal62 Pro S laminator. I believe that it is a sensor on the laminator that is connected to the electric eye safety system in the laminator. I had it replaced recently. The original part is no longer available in US. It had to be replaced with a part from overseas (Europe). It cost about $1000.00 plus installation labor from GBC (another $1000.00.
