I agree, looks as though masked truck image was placed on background image, there is no realistic movement of the truck.
Good lookin wrap though.

I'm a photographer, this is achievable in camera. This is considered a "panning shot" . Although not the best panning shot... and depending upon what the aperture of the camera/lens is...

Best example of mine that I could quickly find. Actually, I wouldn't even consider the above shot a panning shot... The shutter speed is far too high to get that effect, there is slight linear moment in the background along with slight circular movement int he wheels. Overall the background blurriness is due to the aperture setting.

Kinda looks photoshopped, cuz of the front tires. But yeah, panning gives you that effect too.

I can assure you that this photo is not shopped.
This was taken at the Rage at The River Race put on by SNORE. its a class Class 8 Truck that is insane!
