Outdoor Chalkboard Material

Hey All,

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good chalkboard material that will last outdoors. Also, where to get it in Canada? Need about 54"x24" for a sign.

Thanks CS. Have you ever used this stuff? or know someone who's had success with it? It says Interior/Exterior use. I need something that is going to hold up for a few years.

how bout spray chalk?
less expensive than buying an entire roll for a single smaller sign.

You can get chalkboard paint, comes in black or green

We like to use sheets of acrylic (typically black) and wet erase markers like: http://www.hubert.com/pres48652/Chalk-Like-Markers.html

Once dry, rain will not wash it off and dirty little kids can not use their fingers to erase selected letters.

The markers are expensive, but our customers love the results.

Valspar has a chalkboard paint....I paint it on MDO plywood for a very nice finish...
