Outdoor multi unit retail sign with replaceable slots. Ideas?

Hello.
Our new client is a landlord and they want us to build an outdoor sign for them with 10 current business tenants names.
I was thinking about using 4everproducts frame but I am not sure about the substrate.
They want the names to be easy replaceable, in case somebody moves in/out. The customer mentioned using magnetic signs on a sheet of metal.
I do not think it is a good idea.
I am sure there must be a better way of doing that.
Maybe sliding slots or insert signs?

Thank you for your help.

I hate tenant signs, they're never readable.
You haven't done anything like this before huh?
Usually they are too big for anything like a 4ever frame.
And magnets is a bad idea.
We usually build them with 4x4 steel posts or bigger, sometimes 6"x6" PT posts.
They are usually done one of two ways, a solid background with changeable panels
or "ladder" style with separate panels with a space between.
There are 100s of variables though.

Here's two examples. The black one is about 4'x8', the before/after ladder style one is about 12' tall

Wow.
I like the black one. How are the changeable panels are made?
I think the tenants will move out and move in not that often to use the Gemini letters. Thank you for the advice!

The pvc panels were thru bolted. The names were all local newspapers, the name was the same as displayed on the masthead. Believe me the guy was so anal there was not one thing misspelled
