I've worked with a few banner places, locally and out of state, but lately my main vendor (whom I shall not name at this time) has been a bit lackluster as far as quality control and customer service. I guarantee what I sell, and my vendor has usually done the same, but lately I can't say they're living up to the expectations. A few too many problems have occurred lately and this business is competitive. If I can't keep my clients happy and do right by them, they'll look elsewhere. And so rather than keep on this path, I believe it is time I look elsewhere also.
I would love to hear recommendations from the experts here. I'm looking for a company that will drop ship, charges a competitive price, and has excellent quality control and customer service. Rush services would also be great, but it's not my main business (I am lucky to not have every client that needs a banner need it yesterday).
